Exchange Policy - 7 Days
We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery ONLY in the following cases:
- Wrong size / product delivered
- Stitching defect or damaged item
- Major size difference from size chart
How exchange works
- WhatsApp us at 0306-2778044 within 7 days with Order # + clear video/picture of defect.
- Once approved, you have to TCS the article to us at our given address.
- After we receive and check it, we will dispatch the replacement article.
- Delivery Charges: For exchange due to size issue or change of mind in size, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- If the mistake is 100% ours (wrong item / defective item), we will bear the delivery charges.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached.
- Item must be sent in original packaging.
Refund Policy
We offer Store Credit / Exchange only. No cash refund except in case the item is out of stock or lost by courier.
Both COD and Advance Payment customers will get the same exchange policy.

What is NOT considered a defect?
- Slight color difference (10-15%) due to lighting / mobile screen
- Minor thread cuts which can be trimmed
- Size difference of 0.5 - 1 inch (allowed in stitching)
These will not be entertained as defects.
